Supported by Balonne Shire thanks to funding from Queensland Government’s Tackling Regional Adversity initiative and in partnership with The Yoga Partnership we are offering 15 weeks of yoga and mindfulness with online classes each Sunday from 18 July to end of October.

Who can participate?

Anyone in the Balonne Shire area can join Jess online on Sunday morning at 9.30am for some yoga and mindfulness. No experience necessary, no equipment needed just a willingness to give it a go.

Where are classes?

Right in the comfort of your home, garden or any place you have space to move, can have some quiet time and have access to Internet connection. You use Zoom to join Jess in a virtual studio.

What do I need?

A mat, towel or comfy chair will do. Clothes that you can move in. Internet connection, Zoom, computer or smart device.
