Bribie Island Chair Yoga
As part of the Active and Healthy Moreton Program, we are excited to be offering Chair Yoga each week taught by Lenora.
Monday’s 9.30 – 10.30am
Bribie Island Community Arts Centre – 191 Sunderland Dr, Banksia Beach QLD 4507
$4 per person per class – please pay cash to the teacher at class – REGISTER HERE
No classes through school/public holidays (No class Sept 20, 27 or Oct 4).

“I am an accredited Yoga Teacher, who fell in love with Yoga more than 20 years ago. I have been teaching Yoga professionally since 2014.
I place a particular focus on students with challenges that make it too difficult for them to participate in a regular yoga class due to mobility restrictions, injuries, disabilities and limited fitness or flexibility.”
Redcliffe Outdoor Yoga
With thanks to the Active and Healthy Moreton Program, all ages and abilities welcome for Outdoor Yoga.
Sunday’s at 7.15am – 8am
Rotary Park, parkland near the foreshore on Redcliffe Parade.
Class is free to attend. No sessions from 20/9 – 3/10 during school holidays.
“Practiced yoga personally for over 30 years and have been teaching for 4 years. My studies include Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga for Healthy Ageing and Anatomy and am also a Meditation Teacher.
What I love about my job is meeting people and being able to help others through yoga and meditation.”
Yoga for Teens - School Holidays
Part of the Moreton Bay Regional Council Active Holiday Program, these classes are FREE
10 – 11am – Apex Park – 49 Captain Cook Parade, Deception Bay, Qld 4508
Classes are free to attend.
This yoga class is specifically for teenagers and will teach physical skills as well as techniques to calm the mind and body.

“I am excited to be sharing free yoga classes with teens through the school holidays. I have a wealth of experience with teens, both as a Yoga teacher in high school and as a parent to two teen daughters. “
Kirri has created a teaching style that includes body autonomy coupled with a very trauma informed approach to her yoga teaching cues and class options.
