Bringing yoga to those who need it most
Together, we’re changing the way yoga is delivered.
Increasing the capacity and reach of yoga in Australia
The Yoga Partnership is designed to increase the capacity and reach of yoga in Australia. Yoga has many benefits but for many reasons, these benefits aren’t reaching those that could benefit most.
We take yoga to the people who need it most, in a place that they feel safe and comfortable in. We support the programs you already have in place to create a totality of care and wellbeing.
We are a non for profit charity with an aim to make impact. We are registered with the ACNC and have DGR and TCC status.
THE PARTNERSHIP PROCESS
We chat with you about how yoga is missing from your current health and wellbeing programs.
We provide support for the funding, promotion, design, intake and staffing of your yoga program.
Tailored yoga and mindfulness programs are delivered to those who need it most in your community.
We help with the evaluation process so that future programs can be delivered successfully.

Partner with us
We partner with community groups, hospitals, companies, mental health support services, minority groups, charities, philanthropists, yoga teachers, GP’s, public health networks and more. We support funding, promotion, design, intake, staffing, research and evaluation of all our programs.
Together we work out why your group currently has no access to or is challenging for them to receive the benefits of yoga and together we come up with a solution.
Yoga can help
The Yoga Partnership was founded to take yoga to those that need it most.
Quite simply, we understand the power that yoga and mindfulness can have in improving mental health, emergency relief, disaster and trauma recovery and so many other areas. Unfortunately this highly researched wellness modality isn’t easy for everyone to access.

“I had forgotten how good it feels to move my body gently. Your zoom sessions helped me a lot.”

THE BACKGROUND STORY
We spoke to a mental health support service who needed low intensity support sessions but participants didn’t feel confident enough to leave their home and go to a studio. So we took the program into their homes via Zoom. This allowed them to have the video off when they didn’t want to be seen and included lots of practical skills to use throughout the day when they felt their anxiety rise.
