Teacher – Nichola Macneil
Nichola is a very qualified and experience yoga teacher and yoga therapist. A background in mental health nursing, lots of years teaching yoga and working as a yoga therapist, Nichola has the ability to confidently and safely adapt the yoga to suit the individual. In this way, she can consider the physical, mental and emotional needs of her students and offer supportive and safe options for all.
Nichola is highly sought after by many groups and we are delighted to have her offering these classes.
