Teacher – Michelle Baldwin
Michelle turned her passion for yoga into her profession 2 decades ago and has taught around Australia and overseas. 6 years ago Michelle had her own cancer diagnosis and continued to practice yoga for mental and physical health benefits while undergoing treatment and recovery. She now shares her skills, experience and empathy in helping others receive benefits during their own challenging times. She possesses a passion for sound healing, yin yoga and providing a calm safe relaxing space for you to feel welcome in.
When Michelle isn’t in the yoga room, she is at the beach walking with her puppy, hiking or planning her next travel adventure.
