Teen Yoga (13-17 yrs) – Free as part of the Moreton Bay Regional Council Active Holidays Program
Monday 28th June, Wednesday 7th July, Monday 20th September, Wednesday 29th September
10-11am at Apex Park, 49 Captain Cook Parade, Deception Bay – Register here
The program is fully funded and the classes are free to join if you live outside of Brisbane.
Our Sunday class is currently full, but we do have space available to join the Thursday class at 9.30am.

We are excited to be offering Auslan Yoga in Ipswich with teachers Bec and Anna as part of the Active and Healthy Ipswich Program.
