Multiple sclerosis (MS) is one of the most common diseases of the central nervous system. It may affect the brain, spinal cord and optic nerve and impacts more young people in Australia than any other chronic progressive neurological disease. MS Queensland is a leading provider of holistic services for people living with a neurological condition and these classes are designed to support people with neuro conditions to move and connect.

NATALIE HUMPHREY – TEACHER

With a lighthearted and nurturing presence, Natalie creates a welcoming space for grounded and intentional movement. Her classes integrate meditation, pranayama, yin, vinyasa, and gentle slow flow, always taught with warmth and an open heart. She encourages students to explore movement as a tool for healing — whether to ease chronic pain, reduce inflammation, improve sleep, or cultivate a deeper sense of peace in daily life.
Passionate about nervous system resilience, Natalie weaves breath, movement, and meditation into her teaching to counteract the stress and uncertainty of modern life. Her classes focus on slow, mindful movement to activate the body’s natural relaxation response, promoting a sense of balance and well-being.
Natalie firmly believes yoga is for everyone. Some days you can, some days you can’t. Her classes are inclusive and encourage students to enhance interoception, the ability to sense and understand what’s happening within the body, by building a deep inner awareness and overall sense of balance and inner peace.
