Moving meditation with Sue
Starts July 11

Mondays 9 – 9.45am
Minka Place, Ripley
This class is less about the asana (moving) part of yoga and more about the subtle practices that benefit the mind and nervous system. We live in a busy world and we spend so much of our life doing and going, this class is designed to give you time to just be. You will explore various breath and mindfulness techniques, creating a calmer and more conscious state of being. Don’t be fooled by the images of having to sit cross legged to meditate, you do not have to sit and be silent the whole class. Come and try real life techniques.
