Working in a professional field supporting Children and their families for over 20 years, Deb initially completed her Kids Yoga Teacher Training in 2017. She then felt it was time to begin her new journey as a mature aged woman. Learning about how her mind and body operates, she “fell in love with Yoga” and completed her yoga training for “grown ups”, now perusing her dreams of being a successful yoga teacher for all ages and abilities.

Rose – Chair Yoga Arana Hills and Burpengary

Rose has been practicing different styles of yoga for over a decade and started teaching 6 years ago. In addition to her Personal Training and Pilates Instructor Qualifications, she continuously studies all aspects of  vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, chair yoga with a special interest in yoga for brain optimisation, nervous system resilience and to deepen self- awareness. As Rose has learnt to overcome her own stress related health issues through the practice of yoga, breathwork and meditation, she is passionate about sharing these skills with everybody regardless of age, gender and/or abilities.  ” If you can breathe, you can do yoga! ” – Krishnamacharya
